refurbishment of grade ii listed house and conversion and
extension of adjoined barn.
the existing stair to the second floor was removed and a new
stair added, directly above and connecting to the existing
main stair. this enabled two bedrooms and a bathroom to be
provided at second floor level and an additional bedroom at
first floor level.
the first phase of work, the refurbishment of the house has
been completed. the next phase of work which is to provide a
new semi-professional kitchen within the barn and dining room
to seat 14 within a contemporary extension adjacent.
